He garnered working experience with multi-national and family owned organisations including, MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd, May & Baker Nigeria Plc, Accelon Group (now Dimension Data) and, DAL Group in North Africa. Adebayo is a licensed/accredited user of CEB-SHL talent assessment tools.

He works with both local and global partners & clients from a practitioner’s perspective, based on years of talent-succession & leadership development experience in multi-national, private and successful family-owned businesses. A graduate of Management Sciences from the University of Jos, Nigeria, he also holds a diploma in Marketing from the same University, a diploma in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, USA and a master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from the prestigious Cranfield University, United Kingdom. Additionally, he holds a post-graduate diploma in “Psychology of Work” from University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
