‘Damola Ayankoya is the Managing Partner of Spec Attorneys- a corporate Law Firm established in Lagos, Nigeria. He has over the years garnered invaluable experience in Real and Intellectual Property transactions, Regulatory Compliance, Company establishment procedures, Debt Recovery, Business Advisory services, and general corporate matters. He is actively involved in the Real Estate and property acquisition sector.
He regularly advises FMCGs, SMEs, leading companies on general corporate/commercial issues, and high net worth individuals on their business concerns.
Damola has attended several conferences within and outside the shores of the Nigeria and is a member of some notable professional and social circuit clubs.
His academic qualifications include, Olabisi Onabanjo University (LL. B Hons), Nigerian Law School (B.L) and, University of Lagos (LL.M).
In his free time, he loves travelling, listening to Afrobeat and Reggae music.
