Adebayo Akinloye, Assc.CIPD, MCIPM is a global talent-succession and organisation development professional with over two decades of HR practice and consulting experience. An executive, PhD student and an author, Akinloye specialises in all phases of strong internal talent benchstrength and organisational development strategy—identifying employee development gaps, identifying talent-succession needs and goals, metrics, processes and tools, development interventions to build internal capacity, creating talent-succession agenda for business leaders, facilitating talent review meetings, coaching others for performance, creating high potential and leadership development programmes, talent recruitment, designing assessment and development centre, competency framework and performance management, and graduate development programme to meet specific organisational needs. He has significant experience in the development and provisioning of psychometric assessments while working with HR, Industrial Psychologists and Business leaders across various levels.
Akinloye has handled various talent-succession and organisational development projects across different industries and countries. Including, working with organisations with spreads across different parts of Africa and beyond; South Africa, Mauritius, Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, South Sudan, Saudi Arabia, UAE and United Kingdom. His professional experience cuts across multi-national, non-governmental, private, and successful family-owned businesses including, May & Baker Nigeria Plc, MTN Nigeria, DAL Group of Companies, North Africa, and as Group Head of HR in Century Energy Services Limited (Century Group).
Akinloye is a graduate of Management Sciences from the University of Jos, Nigeria, with a diploma in HR Management from Cornell University, USA, and a master’s degree in international human resource management from Cranfield University School of Management, UK. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in “Psychology of Work” from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Currently, he is a PhD (Research Degree) student at Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland. The research focuses on the “new post-pandemic conceptualisations of ‘work’ and ‘workplace’ and their implications for career and career transitions”.
Olabode Daramola, MSc. MMP, MNPA leads the Client Solutions portfolio in the organisation. He has a wealth of experience spanning Oil and Gas (Air-liquide Nigeria Plc) and Telecommunications (MTN, Airtel Nigeria and Tech Mahindra) in the areas of client management, quality assurance, training & development and general administration. Olabode has over 16 years varied work experience, including 8 years within the telecommunications industry. His major strength involves quality assurance, enhancement of customer experience, process improvement and capability building. He has been involved in recruitment, assessment, training and employee engagement projects. Olabode’s interest in research, personal development and eclectic understanding of human behaviour in and outside the work environment infuse his interest in psychological research. His earlier research work was on organisational change and coping strategies and very recently, suicidology and resilience which allow him to be able to understand and manage clients with emotional trauma, phobia, stress and substance dependent.
In view of his experience, his scope of work in the company includes, candidates’ assessments, psychometric testing, behaviour therapy modification and, resourcing the “right-fit” for various clients’ roles. His responsibilities also cover, clients’ project execution based on scope of work, managing the clients to ensure that the proposed solutions and delivery meet acceptable standards, ensuring continuous engagement and improvement in clients’ relationship to ensure clients’ delight and an exceptional experience through outstanding project delivery.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Masters in both Managerial Psychology and Clinical Psychology from the University of Lagos. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the field of psychology. He is a member of the Nigerian Psychological Association.
An ordained priest in the Diocese of Lagos West Anglican Communion, his major role involves spiritual and physical empowerment of the youth, pre & post marriage counselling among others. He also chaplains a vocational centre for training in art and craft as part of his empowerment work.
Samuel is a seasoned accountant and business executive with over 15 years of broad experience working in the field of audit and investigation, accounting and finance, accounting software, tax & audit, management report and advisory services. Additionally, he has a great passion for business process consulting and investments.
He volunteers for various causes related to economic empowerment, business capacity building, entrepreneurship training and development for small and medium businesses across various industries. A certified mentor with Tony Elumelu Foundation and a ready set work facilitator for Lagos State Ministry of Education.
He is the CEO of Samrego Global Nig. ltd, a company providing solutions to small and medium enterprise on bookkeeping, financial statement and tax issues and marketing advisory services. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and a team member with DIGIVATE 360, a face book partner on “boost your business program”.
Samuel is responsible for executive leadership and decision making relating to all human resources, administration and finance services at ASA Talent & Succession management Solutions. He brings his vast wealth of experience in providing the required strategic direction and institutionalisation of the right human capital processes and financial standards for the organisation. ‘Damola Ayankoya is the Managing Partner of Spec Attorneys – a corporate Law Firm established in Lagos, Nigeria. He has over the years garnered invaluable experience in Real and Intellectual Property transactions, Regulatory Compliance, Company establishment procedures, Debt Recovery, Business Advisory services, and general corporate matters. He is actively involved in the Real Estate and property acquisition sector.
He regularly advises FMCGs, SMEs, leading companies on general corporate/commercial issues, and high net worth individuals on their business concerns.
