Enjoyed the Learning experience from start to finish. Reinforced some aspects of my knowledge but more importantly introduced me to new perspectives.
Really enjoyed these session. Was very eye opening and enriching. It reinforced quite a lot of my thoughts on people management and also opened up new learning avenues.
Very enlightening, structured learning and extremely interactive. The role of the HR in any business is the most important unit. The HR drive the system/ process and the money. HR drives the dreams and aspirations of the people.
Engaging session. The knowledge and information will be used in formulating the succession planning process of my organisation.
